Want to get to another app (aka set of tabs) or just straight to another tab in PatronManager?
Well, never fear! The App Launcher is here to help.
Basically, if you ever need to get to a location in PatronManager, you can use to App Launcher to get there. Since the PatronManager Help Tab references the App Launcher often, here are the basics of the App Launcher.

Looking to get to a specific record (e.g., Contact, Account, Donation, Report, etc.)? Use the global search instead!
Where is the App Launcher?
The App Launcher can be found from pretty much any page in PatronManager--they're the square of nine dots in the top left!
If you hover over it, the dots turn different colors!
How do I use the App Launcher?
Click the App Launcher to open it!
Once you click the App Launcher, you'll see:
- A search bar to search through apps (aka collections of tabs) and specific tabs
- Some commonly-used apps
- A "View All" link to allow you to view all of the apps and tabs available

To search, begin typing and matching tabs or apps will appear in the results below. You can click on a result to open the app or tab.
You can also click "View More" to see all results matching your search terms.

Click on any of the apps that appear to open them!
View All
If you click the "View All" link, you'll be able to see all of the apps and tabs available in your account.
- First you'll see all of the Apps (aka collections of tabs) available to you
- Then you'll see all of the tabs available to you
There are many more tabs available than what's pictured above!
Looking for a tab or app, but not seeing it? Your User or Profile may give you limited access! Talk to your organization's admin if you need access to something that doesn't appear in the View All menu.
