Do you want to be able to allow donors or renters to make a payment online for an existing Donation or Facility Rental?

With Payment Requests, you can do just that! In this article, we'll go over:

Let's jump in!

What are Payment Requests?

Payment Request Form

With Payment Requests, you can set up Payment Request Forms to allow donors, renters, or Group Sales groups to make payments for existing Opportunities, like Donations, Facility Rentals, or Group Sale Payments, online.

Payment Requests create a magic link that you can share with those who need to pay. This means that details from the Donation, Facility Rental, or Group Sale Payment are already filled in.

You can create one active Payment Request Form per Donation or Opportunity Record Type. In other words, you can have a form for Rental Payments, another form for Pledge Payments, another for Group Sale Payments, and another for Grant Payments, if you wish.

When can we use Payment Requests?

Use Payment Requests and Payment Request Forms when you need someone to make a payment on a specific record online.

So, for example, if you need Alex to pay for a Facility Rental online, a Payment Request Form is the way to go.

On the other hand, if Taylor wants to make a donation online, a regular Donation Form is the best method.

But, if Max wants to pay an installment for an existing Pledge online, use a Payment Request Form.
