So you've set up Payment Requests and created some forms. Now it's time to actually request a payment from someone!
We'll go over how to do this in a few steps.
1. Go to the Donation or Rental Payment where you want to request payment
Make sure that the Stage is "Not Posted"!
2. Click Request Payment
(If the Request Payment action isn't there, make sure that you've: 1) Added it to the Page Layout for this Record Type, and 2) Created an Active Payment Request Form for this Record Type)
3. Send or copy the link to pay
Choose one of the following options to provide the payer with a link to complete payment.
Send the Payment Request Notification via email
Click Send Notification to email the Payment Request Notification to all selected Contacts. This email contains the link the recipient can use to complete the payment.
You can select multiple Contacts from the Account to send the notification to more than one recipient.
Copy the link
If you'd prefer to send the link yourself, click Copy Link and provide the payment link directly to the payer.
